Finding the right mortgage based on your individual/family financial situation is key to the home buying process. Many people choose a mortgage based strictly on the interest rate that a particular lender offers. There are many other factors to consider which include but are not limited to loan origination fees or “POINTS“, funding fees, Mortgage Insurance and a lenders reputation. It is important to work with a lender that you trust and provides individualized service.
