Michael Adams is an exceptional agent and person. He helped me so much with selling my former home. If my memory serves me correctly, my unit sold for about $15,000 more than the asking price. Since the home I was selling was the first one I ever bought, and it was many years ago, I had lots of questions and minor problems and Mike was very helpful. His personality is very conducive to the work he is doing. He is friendly, considerate, helpful, punctual and knowledgeable.
He was also very helpful with the unit I was buying. The seller of the unit I was buying was not using a real estate agent. Since that is handled a little differently, I wasn't sure what to do. Mike answered all my questions and made the transition a bit easier.

Last year I finally made the decision to sell my Alexandria condo and move to Florida to be near my kids.
It was a lot to accomplish by myself - but, thankfully - I chose Michael Adams to be my Real Estate agent and help me sell my condo.
Michael made the process of selling my condo a snap. He told me that my (condo) building was "hot".....and boy was he right! Believe it or not (and it IS true), he actually had an offer on my house the very same day it was listed. The deal went through smoothly and, before I had even finished packing for Florida, I was at settlement.
What most impressed my about Michael is the fact that he ALWAYS returns your calls promptly and is happy to spend all the time necessary to answer any and every question you might have about the entire home selling/buying process.
